These two photos are of the Bounds Green Road, both looking South towards Wood Green and the City beyond.
I think the War memorial which can be seen in the false colour image must have been moved to its current location (next to the Prince of Wales Pub on Trinity Road) when the Bounds Green Road was widened later in the 20th Century.
